Question/comment: Over the years Lloyd has done many guitar jobs for me, ranging from set-ups and intonations, to complex wiring changes. One interesting job was for a discontinued guitar I purchased. It was discontinued because of an inherent design flaw - the strings would constantly break while playing the guitar. Lloyd took the guitar and found the reason for the flaw. He made some changes and corrected the problem, plus modified the guitar for better sustain and sound. Another great project occured when Lloyd found the wiring diagram for Jimmy Page's Les Paul. He took my Avion (as good a guiar as any Les Paul), added the parts and did over 40 spot solders to duplicate the Page guitar. After adding some powerhouse pickups he located for me, I have a screaming guitar with an amazing amount of sound possiblities. I don't have the space to go into them all! Due to quality, value and turn around time, I would highly recommend Lloyd for any type of guitar work. Also check out his hand made guitars - they speak for themselves!
